Tolasudolsa R&B, with this page, wants to accompany all those who are thinking of coming, for work or vacation, to Val Taro and share a little information before and during the stay.
I am Valeria, owner of Tolasudolsa, and I remain at your complete disposal to build and share with you the desired solution(s). Thanking you once again because you will choose us or because you have already chosen us, I wish you to spend a happy and relaxing vacation or business trip in safety.

Safety information
The practices we had used during the Covid emergency have taught us to be increasingly sensitive in respecting the environment and we continue to opt for practices and solutions that aim to benefit the Planet. All with the utmost attention to the needs of the individual guest.
There are many priorities, as individuals and as a company:
- from the progressive elimination of plastic and single-dose products, desired by the European Union for all its member states;
- to the use of methods capable of giving a real green turn such as the use of eco-friendly products for sanitizing and cleaning environments….. which we have decided to maintain;
- the attention as a resident family and the request to our guests to follow methods that are attentive to energy saving and against waste:
providing themselves with clothing suitable for the mountains; - asking us for additional blankets, if necessary;
- not asking to increase the degrees or extend the time slot for switching on the heating;
- conscientiously using personal or made available devices, which can be used to increase the degrees but which cause high energy consumption;
- not to tamper with or change the setting of the devices that make up the heating system;
- not to cover the radiators/heaters (if you need to dry something, let us know immediately);
- close the windows and doors to the outside and close the shutters at night;
- not leaving the water taps open while soaping up;
- only having the laundry washed when strictly necessary;
- checking and turning off, as soon as you have finished using them, any unnecessary lights in the assigned room or bathroom and in the common areas;
- disconnecting the chargers of mobile phones or other devices from the electrical network when they are not connected to the appliance (this particular precaution also significantly limits the risk of accidental fires).
The choice of Menus agreed with the guests, so as to avoid waste and overproduction as much as possible, for lunches or dinners or breakfast itself include options that satisfy all needs, even those of those guests who have specific eating styles or have intolerances and/or allergies. Organic and zero-mile foods and ingredients are preferred.

Always to improve your safety we have modified or are considering modifying some of our services as well as inventing new ones and we have temporarily modified our commercial policies. We are sure that also thanks to the collaboration of the guests we will be able to discover and offer a safer holiday together but without any sacrifices.
How your holiday will be articulated
Upon arrival:
In addition to the normal arrival procedures, delivery of documents (if it was not possible to use the automated pre-check in procedure), at check-in a short information sheet may be delivered (if it was not possible to do so before arrival), which must be signed as informed consent and acceptance of our Regulations, FAQs and Commercial Conditions
Guests will receive:

In addition to the scrupulous cleaning operations always foreseen, your room is now delivered to you after a complete sanitization operation through the use of specific products (eco-friendly based on active oxygen and/or with 66-71% alcohol and/or with 130 volume hydrogen peroxide) or may include, at the end of the cleaning operations of each room and/or customer change, additional treatments for the purpose of further sanitization with a steam cleaning machine(**). From this moment the guest will have a secure room for exclusive use, the service staff will be able to enter only if there is an express request via a special sign to be placed on the door handle. For your complete safety the owner will be equipped with suitable protective devices. Fortunately, the altitude and the constant presence of wind, help us a lot with the natural ventilation of the rooms. We only ask the courtesy of opening the windows, before leaving the room. The property will take care of the surveillance and you will be advised as best as possible
(**) CLEANING WITH STEAM
LAVOR multifunctional machines represent the best that modern technology can offer to easily, safely and ecologically clean any surface.
This multifunctional machine combines the degreasing power of steam with the power of simultaneous dirt suction and an essential water filtering system to prevent further dispersion into the environment.
No soap, detergent or disinfectant, but only 143° steam which, thanks to the numerous accessories it is equipped with, can clean and disinfect 100% every environment and surface.
Dining room or equipped outdoor space – Breakfast and Common Catering Area:
Food is preserved and stored in special environments that are always washed with sanitizing detergents (ecological based on active oxygen and/or with 66-71% alcohol and/or with 130 volume hydrogen peroxide).
Guests can eat at both internal and external tables. In the presence of other guests, not part of the family and/or relatives, the service can be agreed upon in shifts or by dividing the guests between external (when the weather permits) and internal. All this always using common sense
For breakfast, the Buffet is replaced by an “à la carte” type Menu where in the evening you will choose the foods that will make up the breakfast the following morning.
For lunches or dinners, guests are expected to have dinner or lunch by prior agreement with a minimum notice of 1 day before check-in. The choice of the agreed menu was made to offer a “tailor-made” experience and to avoid waste or overproduction. You can choose between 3 types of Menu, where the prices are per person/meal. The menu is possibly agreed upon in advance and created on the basis of the number of people expected and in relation, as far as possible, to specific needs, in fact you will be asked to communicate which foods/ingredients are not appreciated.
Only the owner will handle and serve the food you want.
Finally, you can return to traditional convivial moments, such as an aperitif or welcome coffee. To enjoy a tea or infusion, kettles can be provided in the room with sugar and herbal teas to taste.
The dining room is sanitized every day, from 10 am to 2 pm, with sanitizing detergents that contain alcohol and hydrogen peroxide.
Different times for the serving of breakfast and/or meals can be suggested and agreed to avoid guests from different rooms meeting and to be able to proceed with the subsequent cleaning and sanitization operations.
Whenever the weather permits, both for moments of conviviality and during meals or breakfast, we will favor the use of outdoor spaces.
FAQ
FAQ: In the photos you can see elements that seem to make up an equipped kitchen, is it possible to prepare meals independently?
No, it is not a real kitchen where guests can prepare their meals. Dishes, table linen, refrigerator, kettle and possibly a barbecue are provided (gas or charcoal are not included in the equipment – a small fee may be requested)
FAQ: What time can I arrive at the property?
The rooms are accessible from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm on the day of arrival.
For any different check-in needs (after 00:00) a fee may be requested that will be charged on site. We ask you to communicate an arrival time and to respect it as much as possible in order to welcome guests privately. On the day of arrival, our guests, after having agreed it with the owner, can also arrive late in the morning, leaving their luggage in the custody of the Owners.
Check-out must take place by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
Upon request, only by checking the feasibility and agreeing in advance, on the day of departure for sportsmen who take advantage of the last excursion on foot or by bike before leaving, it may be possible to take a shower even after the check-out time.
FAQ: When are the rooms made up?
The rooms are cleaned daily, unless expressly refused by the guest, from 10 am to 2 pm. During the daily cleaning, guests cannot remain in the room
FAQ: Is the reception always open?
Valeria and Giorgio, we owners, live all year round in the structure but in their apartment located on the ground floor, so we are available quite continuously.
Upon check-in we will hand over the keys to the room and to access the structure so that guests can be autonomous and exit/return at the times they want.
FAQ: Meal times?
Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 09:30; Lunch starts at 12:00 and ends at 13:30, and dinner starts at 19:30 and ends at 20:30. It is possible to agree on different timing, by notifying us at the time of booking, for serving breakfast and extra meals at different times and/or staggered in the presence of other guests.
FAQ: Is the parking guarded?
Our private parking is owned (uncovered) and in front of the structure. A garage is available free of charge for the overnight storage of bicycles and motorcycles.
FAQ: Do you accept animals?
Yes, of all sizes but maximum 1 per room (if large) – advance notice of their presence is appreciated. We offer, upon request, free of charge and in some cases not free (*):
- bowls and/or mat for sleeping (*)
- a specific water bottle to take during excursions (*)
- cleaning gloves
- oxo-degradable and ecological hygienic bags for collecting feces
- Pets can access the same areas as human guests
- cleaning with pet-specific products that do NOT induce the dog to mark and cancel the presence of any previous 4-legged guest
- They must be kept under custody, clean and, in the case of dogs, always on a leash especially when going out into the courtyard (in addition to being required by specific regulations, the area is not fenced, there is a strong presence of wild animals, we are close to a provincial road, even if not very busy, and the presence of our cats in the courtyard could cause difficult-to-manage encounters).
You will be asked not to let pets climb onto beds or sofas. An extra fee may be requested for specific and thorough cleaning at check-out.
FAQ: Is it possible to smoke inside the structure?
IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT POSSIBLE TO SMOKE INSIDE THE STRUCTURE, not even with the window open in the rooms.
Those who wish to smoke must necessarily go outside the structure where a large ashtray is available and it is recommended not to disperse cigarette butts (especially lit ones that could cause fires) and/or various packaging in the environment.
An extra fee may be requested for specific and thorough cleaning in order to restore the condition of “non-smoking rooms and environments”
